Supported Living
Flexible, individualised support helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs live independently in their own home.
Outreach / Community Access Support
Support in the community, helping people get out, take part in activities they enjoy, use local services and build confidence outside the home.
Respite Care
Short-term support giving family carers a break, or offering the person we support a change of scene, delivered at home or at Molineux House.
Live-In Care
A support worker lives with the person, providing consistent care and companionship at home while preserving independence and routine.
24-hour Residential Care
Round-the-clock support at Molineux House, our residential care home in Liverpool, for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and sensory impairment.
Companionship
Friendly, one-to-one time, a support worker who visits regularly for a chat, an activity or an outing.
Care at Home
Personal care and daily support in the person's own home, washing, dressing, meals, medication prompts and everything else that helps daily life run smoothly.
